Sold me a Tahoe with a chipped windshield. Claimed they didnt see it before delivery. Have to replace the entire windshield out of my own pocket. Go elsewhere

I started having problems with my power steering while in the Barrie area. I brought my truck to a shop that made me wait over 2 hours only to tell me they wouldn't be able to fix it after all. I called about 4 other repair stations until I called Georgian. I told them my circumstance and told me they could help me. I brought it in and I was taken care. The service advisor kept me in the loop during the repair and while I was outside waiting, the mechanic drove my truck out and then was nice enough to explain the work accomplished with a friendly demeanor. Not only did Georgian save me a tow home, they helped me through and through with great service and professionalism. They really came through for me. Thank you!!

Took my 2021 Yukon AT4 for service here after I moved north from Toronto. There's another GM dealer closer to where I live but I found the level of service offered by Georgian worth the 1 hour drive to Barrie. These guys make sure you are satisfied with the work they perform. I'm a happy customer and based on my experience with the service department, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase my next GM from here.

I’ve owned quite a few Tahoes and suburbans over the last 5 years. A couple were purchased with Mack our sales advisor ; who is excellent to work with. A few weren’t just because of inventory. What has remained constant though is the excellent service we have continuously received to service our Chevy trucks. And that is the main reason Georgian Chevrolet is always our first choice. We keep coming back to Georgian because we can trust in the high level of service we receive here and that is all due to the customer service of our service advisor Laura Westlake. She is always courteous, extremely knowledgeable and time after time goes above and beyond to deliver amazing customer service. It is really hard to find that level of reliable service these days but Laura & Georgian Chevrolet hit it out of the park. Thank you!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The red head service manager would not start an oil change because their internet was down with a card on file. I tell him I will come back right after, absolutely not. I say than get me a shuttle to bring me home to get it, its 2 minutes away, "Oh no I'm so sorry we cant so that" You have to go get your card " Said I'll be back in 3 minutes, Theres now 2 people ahead of me, he didnt even recognize me until I said something, And says "oh sorry it's a 2 hour wait, let me grab you keys."

We met with Ryan Wood. Although we were unable to find what we were looking for, he was very nice and understanding. He genuinely seemed to want to make sure we were happy regardless. He's also 6'3" so he's great to double check passenger leg room. Lol. Thanks Ryan, and best wishes!
