It has been such a pleasure dealing with Stephanie Boss at Goergian Chevrolet. She exceeded all expectations and puts her heart and soul into her work and making sure clients are satisfied. We will continue all our fleet aquisations with Georgian Chevrolet and Steph as she is Exemplary performener and an absolute proffesional to deal with. I waited a couple hrs to find out they wanted to charge me $4500 to remove the engine to do a job Bennett chevrolette charged $680 or 6-7 hrs to do...I was totally disgusted. Will never go back.

I have owned many vehicles and never received better servicing care anywhere else. My children and I bring our vehicles here and we are all lucky to have Laura Westlake as our rep. Life happens and Laura understands this,she is always so compassionate and customer service driven.There is never a surprise bill at the end of a visit .She is a big reason I keep buying Chevy.

I just got a call about upcoming event , because i’m their loyal customer (she mentioned ). I politely said ,sorry i won’t be able to attend it due to my working schedule. She just hung up on me without even saying a good bye and didn’t speak a single work after that. I mean there is a genuine way to end the conversation. So disappointed to see this kind of unprofessionalism.

I recently purchased a used 2021 GMC Sierra from Georgian Chevrolet, I am from Gatineau Quebec, so I was not able to see the truck in person only by photo via my seller, I asked what the truck was condition of the vehicle and Georgian my confirmed that the vehicle was in new condition, when I received the truck, it was of impeccable quality! everything was perfect on the vehicle, all maintenance was done! I have been trying for a week to have your salesperson call me back. I was trying to upgrade to a 2500 duramax. No phone calls no emails. I spoke with Ethan and he said he forwarded to a salesperson, I even called back to see what was going on and I have still not heard anything. Thanks for nothing !! I spent my $100000 so where else
