I recently purchased an new Colorado and had a great experience. I decide around Christmas time that I needed a new truck and told Ryan Macdonald the type of truck I wanted. The truck was harder to find and Ryan made the effort to find one available and let me know about it. He helped me finalize a deal on the truck the same day and also helped me through the process of getting the GM discount number I required. He also held the truck while I worked through that process.The bed spray and tonneau cover were not available when I finalized the pickup of the truck and Ryan worked through some obstacles and got those quickly for me as well. I have purchased many vehicles in the past but for many reasons was never ever able finalize a deal with a local barrie dealer. Ryan has changed that. I would definitely return to Ryan for my next vehicle. Thank you Ryan!

Great dealership! I called and spoke to Jonathan from sales. Told him what I was interested in and within an hour I was test driving. They treated me and my 4 year old son great. The waiting area has coffee, popcorn, soda, water, and they were very kind. No pressure or low balling from management, and they worked with what my budget was. She's seriously amazing! 😊 From the get-go, she was super kind and made me feel totally comfortable. Laura really knows her stuff and was super patient with all my questions. It's like she could read my mind and knew exactly what I needed – talk about being a pro! I typically reserve my reviews for exceptional service, as evidenced by my history of five-star ratings. However, my recent experience with Tyler Sage at your establishment, on my first visit no less, necessitates a departure from this norm. As a seasoned business owner, I approached our meeting with a serious and immediate intent to finalize a deal, provided I received a satisfactory offer. This earnestness on my part to engage in a mutually beneficial transaction was, regrettably, met with a stark lack of professionalism by Mr. Sage. Within the first minute of our interaction, instead of attempting to understand my needs or presenting a compelling offer, he suggested I take my business elsewhere. Furthermore, Mr. Sage's communication style was marred by the use of inappropriate language. While not directed at me personally, the general manner in which he spoke was unbecoming of a professional setting. This not only showed a lack of respect for the business environment but also indicated a disregard for the basic norms of customer engagement. This response was not only unexpected but also a clear indication of Mr. Sage's disregard for customer service and the potential value of each client. In the competitive landscape of business, every customer interaction is an opportunity. Unfortunately, in this instance, what could have been a lucrative deal for both parties was hastily dismissed. His attitude is antithetical to the principles of customer engagement and satisfaction, which are the cornerstones of successful salesmanship. Had he been part of my team, such behavior would have warranted immediate corrective action. In conclusion, your establishment's failure to capitalize on a ready and willing customer due to inadequate salesmanship and unprofessional conduct, especially on a customer's first visit, is a matter of grave concern. It not only reflects poorly on the individual in question but also calls into question the training and values instilled in your sales team. A reevaluation of review of your customer service protocols, is urgently recommended to prevent future losses of this nature.

Hi Ahmed, thank you for your feedback on your perspective of your visit to Georgian Chevrolet. We are very sorry we couldn’t come to an agreement on the vehicle, but unfortunately we cannot sell our vehicles at such a substantial loss. Your offer was something we would not have been able to make work, as even meeting half way between our price, and your offer, would’ve resulted in us losing money on the vehicle. When you showed Mr. Sage what you deemed to be a comparable vehicle, he recommended you go visit that vehicle to find out why it was priced the way it was. Many factors go into pricing pre owned units such as year, mileage, condition, accident reports, features, etc. Unfortunately, just because a vehicle is the same make and model, does not automatically make it of equal value. Mr. Sage is a product advisor who has been apart of our team for a great deal of time, and while we did remind him about appropriate use of language with our customers, his only goal is to serve his customers to the best of his abilities. If you want that shiny new car and don't make enough for it , don't worry! They will lie on the credit application for you !!! They really don't like responding to the Better business bureau either. Contacted them 3 times and never responded to the BBB .

I’m from Muskoka and stopped twice at Georgian. First was to ask for a retorque of my wheels and yesterday was to get a bit of juice so that my Bolt would get home to Gravenhurst. So helpful, thanks
