Oh my. Hi Rick. I can't begin to tell you how sorry we are that you felt you did not receive the level of service you were expecting. We are honestly all about customer service. I have started looking into this. I have asked my staff, checked our messages, and our online appointment calendar and can't find any record of your visit. Perhaps you were on the lot browsing and we were busy with other customers or did not see you? At this point I have no way of knowing what the circumstances surrounding your visit might have been but we would sure like to make things right with you...and I guess that means asking for a second chance.
