Would add more stars if possible! I must have test-driven 15 cars and we found the perfect one at That Car Place. I could not recommend them more. We talked to Robert, Kyle and Ryan, as well as Anya, and they were all completely straight-forward and honest and incredibly nice and understanding. They answered all of our rookie questions and gave us great advice. I highly highly recommend them!

Oh my. Hi Rick. I can't begin to tell you how sorry we are that you felt you did not receive the level of service you were expecting. We are honestly all about customer service. I have started looking into this. I have asked my staff, checked our messages, and our online appointment calendar and can't find any record of your visit. Perhaps you were on the lot browsing and we were busy with other customers or did not see you? At this point I have no way of knowing what the circumstances surrounding your visit might have been but we would sure like to make things right with you...and I guess that means asking for a second chance. If you contact me directly I will personally guarantee that you get five star treatment if you come back and take another look at what we have to offer. I absolutely guarantee you will get first rate service. Call the dealership and ask for Diya...519-686-7253 extension - 101...I am the General Manager. I will personally make taking care of you our top priority upon your return...that's the way we want it to be for every person who stops in to visit us.
