Excellent experience

I bought my car from That Car Place in mid February. Robert in sales made the experience easy. My car was ready on time and the issues that I found beforehand were taken care of. As a used car though you can never be sure what will happen when you get off the lot. And my worst nightmare happened. Within a day or two, the check engine light came on. I called up That Repair place and they fixed it up no problem. All around, what a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you all so much!! I highly recommend them.

Stress Relieving Service

In time of need for a new vehicle, we were just driving by and decided to pull in to see what was available on the lot. From that moment, to when we pulled out in our new Malibu, everything went perfect. I never felt pressured, they listened to all of my needs and requirements and made sure we test drove the right cars to help us make the right decision. Everyone involved did everything possible to make this happen, and I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you!!

My boyfriend first visited Empire Auto on Dundas - we had an appointment set up and when we arrived they told us the car was being driven by the owners wife so we couldn't see it, then proceeding to try and get us to try for financing before seeing the car.... We had seen the same model just different trim package driving by The Car Place, and decided to drive over to see it. Well we are so glad we did! We worked with Ryan, he was knowledgable and easy to talk to, he explained everything and made us feel important. We also worked with Anya for financing - she was amazing, at no point in time did we feel like we were being tricked into something, or that they just wanted our money. We are happy with our purchase, the extended warranty, and the service we received- we would recommend The Car Place to everyone!

Went in to check out a car they had in stock, with zero pressure and the utmost professionalism - Ryan hooked me up with the car I'd been searching for at the right price, and even had the service history for the car!! Unreal service, could not have had a smoother and happier transition into my new car. I've had friends purchase cars here before as return customers, I can see why. Kudos.

Would add more stars if possible! I must have test-driven 15 cars and we found the perfect one at That Car Place. I could not recommend them more. We talked to Robert, Kyle and Ryan, as well as Anya, and they were all completely straight-forward and honest and incredibly nice and understanding. They answered all of our rookie questions and gave us great advice. I highly highly recommend them!
