My experience was generally very good except for the fat that the dealership oversold a dubious rust-protection device and pushed extended warranties in general despite my clearly stated and complete lack of interested in these products.

The team at Orillia Volkswagen are always great! They ensure everything is complete during services, only do necessary work and also keep detailed records and communication. I would recommend their Sales and Service team to anyone!

I have purchased two cars now and feel that I received respectful and courteous service. I'm also very pleased with the continuing service that I have received. I will certainly continue to deal with VW in the future when it comes time to buy yet another vehicle.
