I cant get over trading my low mileage beatle Deizel for a smoker Passat? I wake up in the middle of the night choiking -- Belch?

Mark and the dealership are great to deal with but my car is rusting already. It was brand new and within 3 months has rust.

Mud Flap installation

I had mud flaps installed and it was completed within the hour. I was able to relax and enjoy a coffee in the customer lounge area. I had the option of watching tv or reading. I also purchased some Christmas gifts from the VW service area. All of The staff were courteous and helpful and I spoke with 4 or 5 staff. I appreciated having my vehicle my washed. I am happy with my mud flaps. Thank you.

The passenger door would not open from the inside. It turned out to be a disconnected cable which was reinstalled quickly and for minimum labour costs.

As a first time purchaser of Volkswagen part of my purchase decision was the excellent and professional staff I met while shopping. Not only the sales staff but when I spoke with the service department about ongoing maintenance if I purchased a vehicle they answered all of my questions thoroughly. Since owning my VW the staff have continued to meet the standards established at our first meeting.
