Mitch was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. He took the time needed to show me all the fantastic features in my 2015 golf. Mitch's knowledge made my decision an easy one, and I couldn't be happier! Thanks to Mitch at VW Orillia.

My tire pressure monitor system was failing. It took a while for the service department to understand that it was not just a resetting of the settings. Once they understood there was a defect in the system, they were very helpful. They kept me updated on the status and then when it was done, they gave me my car back in a better condition then I left it. The courtesy car was very appreciated and the boys were great. One lady there seemed to struggle with helping me and I don't think she knows how to communicate effectively in stressful situations.

Orillia volkswagen is the worst place i have ever been; they do not care about theyre customers and they are always screwing stuff up.

They will argue everything, try to rip me off multiple times, screwed up so many things in my vehicle i just decided to go to barrie volkswagen because they actually care about the people who have their vehicles.

Oil service warning wasn't reset at purchase. Not all touch ups were done when I came for the keys. I had to be the push for service excellence.

Upon buying my Jetta the paperwork was for a price that we hadn't negotiated and I made them fix it ,the running light was out, gas cap wouldn't lock and was supposed to receive summer tires. They fixed running light and gas cap for free. I have emailed my salesman a couple of times regarding the tires, winter or summer as I had to purchase both sets already with no response. My running light is out again , my ecu is acting up and my particulate filter is clogged. My dad recommended getting a deseil Jetta as he swears by them and I didn't expect to have much go wrong but wasn't I wrong. Upon doing an oil Change I noticed the oil pan cover has only 2 of 12 screws as well as shredded to the point of Swiss cheese. I emailed my sales man and was told to go to junk yard for replacement part. I will never buy another Volkswagen again not will I recommend it to anyone else .
