Stacey Wong at Wheaton Chevrolet. Stacey went above and beyond to help find the vehicle I wanted. Stacey also follows up after the sale is complete. Stacey took the time to follow up, stay in touch, and facilitated me to check numerous little things out regarding the vehicle order to make my OCD happy. Stacey was professional, listened, is very knowledgeable, and you feel comfortable with her. No pressure sales. So far I highly recommend Wheaton Chevrolet. Do yourself a favour and seek out Stacey Wong to be your sales person.

The one star would be for Jared Yahnke. The only reason I went to this body shop a second time as my first experience was so horrendous I swore I would never go back. Well stupid me, I went back and by far my worst customer experience yet. We live out of town and they called to ask me to drop the car off as my parts were in, what they failed to do was check the parts first as a day later they called me to tell me the parts were damaged. So I wasted my time and gas dropping off the car due to their negligence. Guess what happened next? They call me 3 weeks later to tell me my parts were in, I asked to check to make sure they weren’t damaged. I was hold for over 10 minutes and I was at work so I hung up, 5 days later they still hadn’t call me back, then I talked to the girl dealing with my claim and she was ignorant and when I asked why they didn’t call me back, she advised the manager told her not to. First class. I told her you can send my parts back I will go somewhere that’s not incompetent. She just said “ok” and hung up. Classy place. I wouldn’t take my car there if they were the only dealership in Regina. Nor will I buy another vehicle from Wheatons. I started out at Taylor Group and I should have stuck with it.
