Always going back for good service

The guys that work in service at Wheaton Chev have gotten to know me over the years and I respect that they take care of me when I come in. My last experience, as always, was great. The only thing that could have been handled differently is the follow up. I still haven’t been contacted about quotes for future parts/work that was recommended.

My yearly maintenance//oil change was done quickly and efficiently. I received a video of the undercarriage and notification at that time if anything else was needed (which was very much appreciated). I had an appt booked and my vehicle was back to me very quickly. Excellent service , thank you for everything !!

Traded in my Ford for a Chevy Silverado this week and Jacob Ehmann made the whole process so easy! He took the time to walk me through all the different features, explain all the details and went out of his way to make the process seamless(something that didn't happen when I bought my new Ford last year). He was super helpful and super knowledgeable and didn't have that stereotypical car salesman "pushy vibe"! If you're looking to buy a new vehicle, definitely check out Jacob at Wheaton!!! You won't regret it 👍
