The struts that hold up the hatch on my 2017 HR-V broke. Just stopped working, stopped holding the hatch up. Brought it down to Honda, was told that IF they're covered under the extended warranty that I paid for when I got the car, that I wouldn't have to pay $140 for the diagnostic. This is just to figure out exactly what the problem is. Gamble on $140 just to get in the door. If it's not covered under warranty, I would have to pay both the $140 diagnostic plus the cost of repair, which is around $180. I rolled the dice, thinking that because the vehicle itself was faulty, they would fix it. I was wrong. As it turns out, a vehicle defect that is not caused by any external sources in a 3 year old vehicle is not covered under the extended warranty that I paid for. They offered to waive the diagnostic, however I still have to pay $180 to have the struts fixed. I'm going to have my car fixed at a third-party mechanic simply so that I never have to give Winnipeg Honda another dollar.

Wife took her 2019 Odyssey since our cabin control and hondalink apps disconnected. What a bizarre experience. 4 employees, 4 different explanations as to what these apps actually do, no one had a clue as to proper prices of different packages, and not a single one could even reconnect them. Honda needs to provide proper knowledge to staff when launching features like this, embarrassing that not a single employee could provide full and correct information, just spewing random garbage.

Was here for my civic’s service. After getting service they don’t even provide car wash or any coupons for getting it outside, which might left an great impression on customer. I am giving one star because they left a dust and marks on car seat. Manager said he is going to get done the detailing of car seats for but I could literally see 40 percent of the mess after that. Appreciate the efforts of manager though.

New Car Buying Experience

Hello. I just bought a Honda Civic yesterday. Andy Chan was the Sales Associate that I was dealing with. He was very helpful and answered all of the questions I had. I have never owned a Honda before and I probably would not have if it wasn't for Mr. Chan. I connected with the dealership through the chat option about 9:15 and Mr. Chan made an appointment for me at11:45. I was not even expecting to buy a new car yesterday. He found me a red Civic which was a great color and the only one left. I had shopped around at other companies and Honda ended up giving me the best interest rate. I am very happy with the entire sales experience from beginning to end and i love my brand new car. Thank you Mr. Chan and Honda. Amanda

Recently purchased a 2019 Honda Odyssey and worked with Russ Hildebrand on purchase negotations. Russ was quick to respond to questions, dilligent in his follow up, and when it came time to finalize paperwork with Winnipeg I was happy to discover there were no additional fees or pushiness to secure additional products or coverage. My experience with Russ and Winnipeg Honda was far superior to dealings with car dealerships in past purchases.
