Tire repair was quick and thorough.

I arrived at the service doors at 7:00 a.m. On a Monday morning with a tire losing air so quickly you could hear it. A large bolt had punctured the middle of a tread and the hole was so large it couldn't be repaired. Despite not having an appointment they fit me in and although the cost was a new tire, they had me back in my vehicle by mid-afternoon. The shuttle to and from work meant I didn't miss any work time.

I had my first oil change on my new Car. It was nice they topped up my window washing fluid, and reset my oil life counter.

Rennie is always very helpful , gives good explanations and has always been very acccomodating especially when my husband was ill and I was working with a very tight time schedule.

We did have some difficulty with picking up one of our vehicles when it was in for servicing. However everyone did their best to fix the situation. They explained what happened and were very apologetic. We have made several purchases with the dealership, all of our service work has been done here as well. we have been with Dan Murray for over 20 years and will continue for many years to come. Even when problems occur they always strive to keep their focus on customer satisfaction. This is what keeps us coming back!!
