Excellent customer service!

Peter consistently provides me with honest and accurate information regarding my vehicle. Since I live over 6 hours north of Winnipeg it is not always possible to coordinate work that needs to be on the same day. He has managed to keep me rolling as best as can be expected while keeping his composure when thing go completely out of his control. It's a pleasure getting to know him.

Peter is an incredible Service Consultant. He always takes time to explain what is needed and why, and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Excellent asset for Murray Chevrolet.

Tire Storage and Service

I set up storage for my off-season tires with Murray Chev and this spring I had the summer tires put back on and the winter tires stored. Fast and easy service to have them changed and stored each time. Perfect!

I have always had excellent service at Murray's Although I did not purchase my vehicle at Murray's, I most certainly will consider Murray's when I purchase my next vehicle. "Service is very important to me". I live out of town and getting in and out in a timely fashion is also important. Say "Hi" to Rene from me. I hope he enjoyed his day off, when I was in. The four wheel drive failed in my truck 2000 km after the warranty expired. When I made the case that the failure likely had started before the warranty expired, Dennis did everything he could to see if GM would do anything for me rather than dismiss me. Business is a tough world but seeing some one care on a personal level matters a lot.
