Easy oil change with good shuttle service!

Just had an inspection and oil change done on my civic. Dropped car off and got them to drive me to work and pick me up after. The shuttle service is handy. Experienced no issues everyone was nice and friendly to deal with.

I have been dealing with Brantford Honda since moving to Brantford in 2008 and first brought in my 1992 Honda Accord for frequent repairs. I have since leased a 2012 Civic and visit the service department regularly for oil changes, and overall maintenance check-ups. My experience has always, without exception, been a cheerful one, from the service guys, to the reception, to the courtesy driver! I will be moving to Guelph next month in June and will continue to make the trek back to Brantford to continue on with the friendly and always timely service, as well as to renew my lease for my next 2015 or 2016 Civic!

I booked my 2007 Honda Civic for an oil change and overall inspection on Wed Mar 4 2015 My oil was changed as requested. All my fluids were topped up. After a complete inspection of the vehicle it was determined that cabin filter and air filter needed to be changed and a wheel alignment was needed. I was shown the condition of these two filters to show me that they did need to be changed. Also i was shown the print out of the alignment to show me that the alignment was needed as well. A nice finishing touch which I did not expect was my Honda Civic was washed once the work was completed. Congrats to the Service Team at Brantford Honda for going above and beyond! I will be back again . John Wierda
