good; friendly; confidence that the work will get done okay. always a bit surprised at the end of the day what the bill is; but that is actually reviewed ahead of time;; always feel okay to decline work that I don't feel is necessary at the time.

My husband Rod is a family physician who got called in to the hospital at six am only to discover his battery was dead. We were experiencing a winter storm at the time. Running late he took my vehicle and was unable to pass on any directions as he was in a rush and i was still asleep. He was involved in a lengthy surgery followed by two days of on call, leaving him no time to deal with his car or even to contact me. i took it upon myself to try to solve the issue, which was a first for me, he ALWAYS looks after any problems with our cars. He always deals with Acura in Hamilton but since the roads were bad and I couldn't trust the battery I did not want to take his car there. I called Brantford Honda and they advised me who to call for a boost. I took the vehicle in and Trevor welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. He clearly explained all my options and the cost involved. My problem was solved efficiently and effectively and when my husband finally got home at 3 am he was delighted that everything had been taken care of so well! The customer service was outstanding and I would not hesitate to return!

We have 2 Hondas and all our service is done at the brantford location..when we go there Trevor is usually our go to man .His always friendly ,respectful and always got a smile .Between Trevor and Mike(now in used department) and the great work you guys do we wouldn't go anywhere else ..plus I love my honda

We leased a 2015 Honda CRV from John and it was a very relaxing experience. There was no pressure sales, John understood our needs and worked hard to achieve that goal. John was helpful and courteous. The staff at Honda Brantford all make you feel part of the Honda family and we highly recommend their sales and service.
