As usual, top notch treatment during my recent visit.

The primary reason for my visit was to have my tires changed over for winter driving. We discussed some recently recommended additional maintenance that had been suggested for my vehicle and I had everything done that needed to be completed at this point in time. We went over each itme in detail and deferred some things that are tied in with the odometer reading. Everything was explained and discussed so that I was able to make an informed decision.

Rob was patient and gave me lots of time to think over this huge purchase. He answered my questions and did not apply any pressure or "hard-sell" tactics. A great experience!

I PURCHASED A 2016 CHEV TRAX AND I WAS VERY SPECIFIC IN THE COLOUR AND OPTIONS THAT I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO HAVE. THE CAR WAS LOCATED AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND BROUGHT IN FOR ME. IT WAS EXACTLY THE VEHICLE I WANTED.

My only complaint is that Greg was to have to repairs done on my car before I picked it up and none of it was done when we went across to service to pick it up. I now have to find the time to get in to get it done. Service manager apologized to me as he was on vacation.

Ivan was very pleasant and helpful and went the extra mile to help us when we purchased our new vehicle.

We experienced very fast and complete service with Ontario Motor Sales. Ivan gave us a ride to the nearest bank and waited for us while we went in to complete our transaction, which was very helpful as we are not local to Oshawa. It was raining when we picked up our car but the covered pick up area kept us dry. Ivan kept in touch to be sure we were able to get our WiFi connected alright. We appreciated his help.

My vehicle required preventative and warranty maintenance. Service was honest and shuttles were timely. Vehicle had to stay overnight and I was updated by phone with its progress. We will continue using OMS for our service.
