Quick, clean and accommodating.

I went in for a semi-annual they had a deal for and oil change and new wipers. My appointment was for 6 pm and I was able to watch the tech do the work while sitting comfortably while I drank my coffee and finish my paper work for the day. It was a very good experience and I will be returning for anything else I need done.

Dave was super friendly and helpful. He treat me with respect even though I wasn't sure what I was talking about. He pre arranged a rental car for me and had me pick up. When I got my car back all the work was done and they even gave it a wash. Thanks Dave I appreciate your kindness.

Purchased an optimum used car. These cars I am told have had a very thorough head to toe check over nothing should be wrong. After being driven by my wife for 8000km the tire tread started to fall off all four tires.(As per another dealer this happened due to age of tires). 2000km later the transmission went and there is a hole in the exhaust leading into the cabin filter, so it can be smelt. Ontario Motor Sales said there is nothing they can do about any of the issues because the 5000km warranty has expired. This car has all these problems with 77000km and was a GM Optimum used car. Other then these very expensive issues(7500+dollars) Brian was nice. After this experience I will never purchase a GMC vehicle again and will tell as many people as possible this story so that they don't have to experience what my family has gone through.

He is very similar to the many staff members that we employ at Ontario Motor Sales, they all work hard to provide a positive customer experience. We wouldn't have survived 93 years in this very competitive GM town if we didn't all approach our customers with this goal in mind. In this particular case (similar with all of our Certified Pre-owned vehicles) your GMC went through the regular CPO inspection and met the requirements to reach CPO standards which are far more strict than a typical safety inspection. We would have been happy to review the tires with you on your vehicle, but you took them to another dealership and had them replaced before informing us of the problem. We have not had an opportunity to review any of the issues you've experienced with your Terrain. We would certainly welcome the opportunity to see your Terrain at your convenience to review any issues that you might be experiencing. Brian assisted us by finding a used car that met our budget as well as our needs. At no time was there preasure nor we we feel uncomfortable. We have been driving the car for a number of months now and are very pleased with our car.
