I would like to compliment OMS on the congenial and professional way they treated me through the process of purchasing a new Chevrolet Colorado truck. The salesperson, Mike, was very helpful and courteous in all of our contacts. Even after the sale, he freely gave help when appropriate. I was an out-of-town buyer, and there was no quibbling over providing gas gift cards to cover our travel expenses to and from the dealership. Part of the deal included a bonus of 4 winter tires for the truck. These were on back order at the time of the purchase but they were received without delay when available. My overall experience with OMS was very positive. I would recommend OMS to a prospective buyer without hesitation.

The staff and Steve were so wonderful and understanding when I brought my car in the have it flushed. They answered all my questions and took all my calls in timely manner. My car was fixed so quickly especially for bringing it in on a long weekend! Thank you Steve for all your help and understanding!!

I had been looking for several months for a Terrain when \i came upon the Terrain I eventually purchased.When \i contacted \Ontario Motor Sales it was Ryan McNutt that I spoke with and as many times vehicles sell rather quickly it was suggested that I put a refundable deposit on it to hold it for me as I live quite a distance from Oshawa and wouldn't be able to get there for a couple of days. My sister lives in Mississauga and it was her day off so she came with me, right from the get go I knew that this was going to be a good experience. Ryan has an incredible sense of humor and even when he told me that I wouldn't get much for my trade I laughed because \i knew through my own research that he was very close to what I expected. We asked lots of questions and if Ryan wasn't sure he knew who did. You really have to respect a Sales Person who is confident enough in his abilities to say "I'll check that out rather than give you a very long line of manure!!" I respect that, because that is the kind of dealership that i want to deal with. I read over 25 pages of comments from other customers before choosing this dealership and found that what people were saying was honest, respectful, no pressure, experienced,willing to go out of their way to keep you as a customer,knowledgeable My sister went home and told my brother in law that this is where they should purchase their next vehicle he agreed and said that it was time they purchased outside of Mississauga. For me \i would come back, but I would insist on Ryan as the Sales Person. A wonderful experience..... Thanks so much.........Judy Wass

How can I be respectful when I was not respected!! Bob Chircop sold me a truck promising 0% financing. He told me over and over that yes this truck was 0% financing, turns out after I singed the purchase agreement which I didn't read because I trusted this guy that the truck was actually 2.49% financing I returned to talk to a sales manager to complain and Steve Johnson said that yes Bob made a mistake and there was nothing he could do but he offered me a $200.00 gas card for the error Bob made. Total slap in the face!! I said no . I was out over three thousand dollars because of Bob's mistake. Steve Johnson was very pompus and arrogant. I was not asking for three thousand dollars back because I will take responsibility for signing the purchase agreement. But shouldn't oms take some % of fault after promising me 0% financing? All I wanted was some respect but got none. I know people make mistakes and I made a big mistake walking through the door of oms. I know a lot of people who have purchased cars from oms and after my truthful story they all said they will not go back there. I drive a city bus and I am often asked by my customers where is a good place to buy a car and I will always tell people to stay away from oms!! I find it very comical that you ask people to be respectful when filling this out!!
