Being 1700 kilometers away and picking a truck using the OMS website , phone, email and Brian's outstanding knowledge of the products was just as good of an experience as actually being in the show room. The financial experience was just as good with Ornella. As soon as I arrived at the dealer I was meet by Brian and many other staff and treated with great respect and treated royally. The next vehicle I purchase will definitely be from Ontario Motor sales. It is worth the drive from New Brunswick. Great job team.

I took my 2014 in for an oil filter and lube service, annual rust proofing and brake service which included tire rotation. Victor noticed damage on my vehicle door. We talked about the damage that it most likely was caused by someone opening their door carelessly in a parking lot. I mentioned to him I wondered how much it would cost to repair. When I returned to pick up my vehicle Victor had an estimate from the body shop for the repair he really went the extra mile to do that for me. Thanks Victor.

I recently had the awesome experience of dealing with Michel when I was looking at leasing a new car. He provided excellent service, answered all calls/messages and made the whole transaction extremely smooth. I won't hesitate to go back to Michel again!

Cecil was honest, open, and to the point. No muss, no fuss. He was upfront on what he could or could not do. Very eager to help, and took his time. Very respectful and trustworthy...two things I've never felt about any car dealership before.
