While we went to the dealer and specifically asked for another sales person, Shawn informed us he was not in that day but then went on to contact that sales person to let him know we were there. With the nod of approval to pass on a potential deal to him, Shawn listened while we explained what we were looking for and offered us exactly the vehicle that met our request. When we forgot something at the dealer, he came to our house rather than have us inconvenienced by coming back to the dealership. Thumbs up Shawn!

Car wash marked my paint job.

I set an appointment in advance, came in from Minden, and the wrong part was ordered. I came in my second appointment and waited quite a time when I was told it would only take about 1/2 hr. When I got home with the car I noticed that there was a mark in the paint. It looked like the car wash had scrubbed the top edge of the passenger side pretty much along the length of the roof. Granted, my car had a new paint job not even a year earlier so maybe it was soft.. I found it all very expensive to replace a mirror (just the glass part) that dropped off on the road while I drove and it must have rolled into the long grass because I couldn't find it when I stopped to look I might have been better off going to the wreckers and gluing one on myself..

I was bringing my newly purchased used vehicle in for some repairs (which were done prior to my picking up the vehicle, but not to my satisfaction). (a mirror replacement - instead of replacing the mirror - they put a replacement piece on top of the old mirror) In hindsight I shouldn't have accepted the vehicle, but I was so unhappy with the way it looked I agreed to have a new mirror installed (at my expense). The treatment at the service department was excellent and the ride to and from my house appreciated. I also had noticed the bulb out on the vehicle when I brought it home after purchasing it and mentioned it to the service dept. who were kind enough to reach out to the used car dept. and get it replaced at no cost. Thanks everyone for making me feel like my business matters. .

Bought a used car for a new car price. Beyond disappointed with how the sale and yet to be done repair has been handled. Have a complaint filed with General Motors, same with them, disappointed. We have a file on your issue, now leave us alone. No follow up from salesman, body shop manager called with an appointment approx 6 weeks later. Hopefully you treat other custermers better than me.
