The most genuine sales associate I have met!

Upon arriving at the dealership for the first time, I was introduced to Mike who was very friendly and easy to talk to regarding any questions or concerns that I had. He also assured me that I was in good hands which has been holding strong so far. Mike does not fail to say Hi and or keep me updated. Overall excellent service from the GM dealership.

As a single woman, it is hard to trust when a sale person is providing us information about a new product. However, Brian made feel very comfortable. He won my trust instantly and guide me through this process with excellent costumer service. I will definitely recommend him!

Bought my used 2011 Cadillac while dealing with a pleasant sales (Greg Crump) and financial staff. The car was detailed and waiting out front for me to pick-up when I arrived. There were some problems after I drove it for a couple of days but these were addressed right away and at no charge as it was under the 30 days. They even arranged my rental car so I could get to work. The two times it has been in service the car came back washed and at the time promised. So far I have had a great experience.
