As always, the overall experience with the service department was excellent.

I am disappointed that Murray Chev has discontinued the practice of a courtesy wash. That practice was one of the things that made me feel that Murray Chev took "extra" pride in caring for my car.

Very professional and informative explanation, of the service being done to my vehicle

Vehicle was brought in due to a GM recall in regards to my 2004 Impala, for ignition key potential problems. Amanda Ritchot, was professional, in her demeanor and the way she explained the service that was to be done, was clear and concise. Was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Murray Chevrolet. In my opinion Amanda Ritchot, should not only be promoted to a Supervisory position, but given a substantial raise in pay as well.

I brought in my car for a Recall to do with the immobilizer and the ignition. I drove in promptly, Amanda was friendly and polite. She took the details and assured me my car would be ready in a few hours. Car was ready when promised and all was well. It was a very easy pleasant experience that day.
