Everyone is always respectful. If I don't understand they explain it over again without looking frustrated. I love Murray's.

From beginning to end, my service experience was fantastic! Every detail was explained and I receive daily updates via telephone. This was a coordination with the Service and Collision departments, and even though there were delays when additional damage was found, I felt like both departments were doing everything they could to restore my vehicle to "good as new". The Service department, Collision Department, and Enterprise staff provided incredible customer service through the entire process.

I appreciated the contact/updates while vehicle in shop as there were a few different potential repairs. Chris was focused on getting my vehicle back same day and we decided to not do one repair (not critical and could wait for next service appointment). The estimate Chris provided was accurate so the bill was what was discussed; this was great. Only slightly negative comment was I ended up waiting 45 minutes at dealership to get vehicle; but again the focus was on returning the same day which was met. overall good service

Warranty work on struts. Parts were ordered ahead of time and appointment set up to have work done. Everything went well.

My winter tires were removed, stored at Murray's and the summer tires were installed. The job was done in a timely fashion.

We had our winter tires changed over. The service staff was great, but the price increase in a six month interval from $70 to over $100 will have us seeking a better dealership to deal with. You must have given the tire changer one hell of a raise.

Peter Buternowski knowledge and professionalism is one of the reasons we bring our vehicles to Dan Murray's Chevrolet. Peter is always willing to ensure that any of my concerns are addressed in a timely manner, whether it's to do with service, parts or body work Peter is there making sure everything is ok before I drive away.
