There was a leak in one of the hoses in my car, I was given a courtesy car for the two days that they needed my car in order to repair it. I did not have an appointment and they were able to take my car right away. I have continued to purchase my vehicles from Murray Chev for the past 20 years mainly because of Peter and the level of service that I receive. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Tire replacement and storage of winter tires. Process went smoothly after a minor mix up around whether the summer tires were in storage or new. Rennie proactively resolved the issue and service was completed on schedule.

My first visit was a bit of a wait. Always curious when you schedule a time you don't always get the car in right away. I understand the complications but just wondering!! I try to schedule a time when I can spare the wait. Thank you, it was a relaxing visit.

I love my service advisers, I do have my favorites and they know who they are. Always listen and help problem solve. They work with the customer to make sure all needs are met and totally honest with what needs attention and what doesn't. Great JOB wouldn't buy another vehicle anywhere else

Rennie is very kind and detail orientated service advisor. he is prompt, organized and flexible. I have been seeing Rennie for the past two years and each appointment I have been very happy with his service. He puts the customer first, and makes sure all of my needs are being met. Rennie is a fantastic employee and I wouldnt see anyone else.

I was very impressed from start to finish. Everything worked like an assembly line. From the time I arrived in the morning to getting shuttled to and from work, and to the time I got my car back. Everyone I spoke and dealt with were very professional and nice.

Our call was in for a recall, we were received quickly and offered a ride as the maintenance was expected to take 2 hours. The drivers were very friendly, professional as well. When we picked up the car, every department did their job. We were in and out in no time, well taken care of.
