Pleasant to deal with and very accommodating

I was able to test driver different vehicles at my leisure with no pressure by the sales rep. Once my decision was made all departments were on board with doing what was necessary to have the car ready for me to pick up the following day.

Actually I wasn't thinking of buying a truck at all. I was going to check out the Silverado at Murray's and Ford F-150 at City Centre Ford one fine morning. Then I was introduced to Mike who was very pleasant and nice to talk to and he showed me a Dodge Ram F-1500 which was almost new. I was very impressed with the truck and ended up buying it. I like Mike's style which was not pushy and he spent some quality time in explaining things to me and gave me the time to consider my options. I never felt being pushed into completing the transaction at all.

Bean and his team are the best!

Daniel Bean assisted me with the purchase of my new car. I thought I knew which car I wanted before coming in. When I arrived at the dealership, Dan not only the car I picked but a few other comparable vehicles waiting. We test drove and discussed everything from features to cost of upkeep. He even brought in other people from the dealership that had experience with the vehicles to give their opinions. By the time I decided on my 2014 Cadillac ATS, I was more than confident and comfortable with my decision. the brakes had some squeaking going on while reversing and the dealership had all 4 brakes replaced - no questions asked. Dan showed me the history report of the vehicle and was able to get answers to every question I had. I work in sales myself, so I'm sure I wasn't the easiest to deal with at times, but Dan was excellent! He didn't lay on unwanted pressure and had such a great sense of humor. The whole experience with him was really fun. All the people he introduced me to, helped give me the confidence I needed to make my first car purchase. Thanks a mill guys!

We purchased a vehicle. We did some research before we came to see John. John took it to another level for us, and created a wonderful experience. We have bought vehicles in the past for other places, but working with John made us appreciate why buying from him was the way to go. Fantastic overall, will purchase from him again in the future.
