We weren't expecting to purchase a car at first but Cole (another sales man) was outstanding as Craig wasn't there the night we walked in. Cole showed us some specific details about the car we were looking at and didn't put any pressure on us at all even after we told him we usually deal with Craig. We left details with Cole and Jim (sales manager) and the next morning we received a phone call from Craig giving us the good news that he might be able to help with a trade in and make everything work. Everything worked out and Craig made it happen so I'm sure we'll be returning as a customer in the future!

I did my research on what type of vehicle I wanted and knew what I may be approved for, I wasn't pushed to purchase anything higher in price even though the possibly was there. I was very happy that I was shown a vehicle with much more features than I had anticipated. I didn't feel like a prisoner in their dealership like I usually do in other dealerships. Thank you to the Sales and Finance Department for all your services.
