I had the same vehicle since 2008 and when I finally decided it was time to upgrade in early 2018 I was very nervous and indecisive at the beginning of this journey. Chad was my salesman and he made the experience instantly fun and exciting rather than stressful and scary. There was no pressure and every one of my questions and concerns were addressed in detail and with honesty and transparency. I was very happy with the whole experience. When I was in an unfortunate car accident 6 months after my purchase St. Albert dodge and Chad were my first choice when searching for a new vehicle. I had loved my original purchase so while I was sad to have to be vehicle shopping again so soon, Chad made it a fun experience yet again by helping me find the right vehicle for me, putting a funny and positive spin on the situation and checking in with me periodically after the fact to ensure I was still satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend St. Albert dodge, Chad and the rest of the staff.

What an experience! Our salesman was Chad Davis. He's a knowledgeable, well-spoken man with a great sense of humour. From our first phone conversation, I knew he was the one for us. We were straight up with one another, which led to a quick, respectful, no hassle deal. No bs, no pressure, no promises of price that suddenly changes. Just get 'er done. Matt MacLean (manager) and Chad took our truck out and got the inspection done in a matter of minutes. While we were waiting, we spoke with Steve Riley (sales - it was his first day). Adam Fayad (sales) was making the rounds, joking with staff and customers alike. When it came down to financing, we met with Clint Plante, who handled our file quickly and efficiently while chatting about family and activities. Absolutely everyone there is incredible. It's obviously a good place to work, given the relaxed, yet still professional, environment. We have bought many vehicles over the years and have never had an experience that was so positive and easy. We recommend St. Albert Dodge, and Chad Davis specifically, to all who are looking for a new or used vehicle. We'll definitely be back and will recommend them to everyone. Thanks again everyone! I went here to purchase a vehicle and was greeted with a very friendly staff and were quick to help. After back and forth over the phone and getting an approval, I found out the were selling me a truck I didnt even look at. Not to mention, when they told me the monthly payments, cost of the truck, interest rate, and length of the term, the math didnt add up. The payments would have put me at 95% over top the cost of the truck itself with a down payment. My interest rate was most definitely not 95%. Long story short, the finance rep refused to tell me over the phone why there was $14,000 in the price, after the finance rate, that was unexplained and made no sense. They wanted me to pay $39,000 total on a truck listed at just under $20,000. Nobody is that stupid... very unprofessional and very disappointed in this dealership that was recommended by someone who is very respected in the industry. I will never purchase from here and for those who do, make sure you go in with more knowledge than faith in good people.

I'm sure the dealership as a whole is just as good as any other. however, apparently their parts manager doesn't care about the safety of people on our streets. I observed a gentleman in the St Albert Dodge company parts truck on the Anthony Henday last Friday, gently coasting back and forth between the lines, doing 85km/h in the fast lane with no one in front of him. looking through the back window it appears he was on his cell phone, as I would suspect based on seeing the silhouette. frustrated I changed lanes to pass, only to see him texting on his phone. when I called the St Albert Dodge part department to speak to a manager, I was advised that he had gone home for the day. 20 minutes or so late I received a call from said manager, who asked about the incident, which I in detail described just as above. at first he didn't seem to care all to much, that was until I mentioned I have dash cam footage that can corroborate my story, even the part where I was driving past and saw him texting. at which point his tone went from not caring to a tone you would hear from a child who got caught in a lie. he made excused that his wife had phones, and thus he was just picking up his phone. to which my rebuttal was about his texting. He said he was doing that speed due to traffic in front of him, to which again I was able to counter, I have been unable to get a hold of further management to discuss this matter. so I take it to here. enjoy your day!

I would like to thank you for your response. As somebody that recently lost a close family member to a distracted driving accident – I certainly appreciate your concern in this area. To date, we have addressed this with the staff member that was driving the company vehicle. Also, I’m ensuring that a ‘hands free’ phone system is in place should the need to communicate by phone while driving ever come up again. I feel the problem has been adequately handled from our end.
