Every time we put our cars in for a service we are met with polite and knowledgeable service personnel. They never hesitate to inform us of any problems that may become issues in the future. It is always a pleasant and informative experience when we out our cars into Brantford Honda for a service.

stone chips found on lip of hood which have started to rust. The problem was addressed with viable solution presented to touch up areas and will monitor these areas forward.

My Honda GPS steered me to Brantford Honda when I had a minor problem on the highway. When I pulled in, Trevor greeted me, diagnosed the issue and had me back on my journey within two hours. What a great experience. Thanks Trevor.

The service that is provided by Brantford Honda is great . I can get an appointment promptly and I am more than satisfied with the professionalism and expertise of the Honda team . I appreciate the honesty of all the staff at Brantford Honda and I always leave feeling assured that the specific task that was required was completed correctly and on time .

I always bring my Pilot for the recommended services. Every visit has always been positive. I love the friendly staff all around. I never feel intimidated, especially as a woman not knowing much about cars. The boys are AWESOME!!! Most of all, I love the fact that I always drive away with a shiny clean car.

We were unable to have our Honda in car DVD Player fixed at two dealerships and took our 2013 Ridgeline to Brantford Honda. Adam was able to have it replaced through Honda. Adam was excellent and worked to resolve the problem.

Everyone's in the service department goes out of their way to make that my needs are met. They explain what needs to be done and how ong it will take. Transport home and back are available if needed
