Honda Brake Servicing

Ben Toole , courteous and nice, gave me an estimate for my Honda Odyssey for Brake Servicing. I came back to have the work done and the Adam M. ( I think) was the service advisor this time. He was also very professional and solved my problem of needing the vehicle to pick up my son, by lending me a service shuttle for the afternoon, which was fantastic. Thank you!

I really liked that they offered me a car while I left my vehicle with them. Waiting for work to be done (and I have small children) is very challenging. I had been to Guelph Honda and it was a horrible experience and I will never go back there. I really appreciated the extra support and conversation provided by the staff to explain what they found. Price was reasonable, service was exceptional. I really liked that you have the car wash detail onsite, it was an easy sell for me to add that on while you had my car. Love the location, great staff. Keep up the good work.

Trevor is a good guy to deal with. He knows me by name and does his best to schedule me in for any service needs. He is courteous with everyone and I have never seem him act any other way. I went in for an oil change and brake work and was more than satisfied. He even loaned me a car so that I could go home and have supper with my family while work was being done on my car.
