We had a speaker issue where there’s absolutely no sound coming out, so we took it in to Riverside Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Prince Albert. We left it for half a day but our problem wasn’t solved. So we picked up the vehicle and drove back home 2 1/2 hrs away, with still no sound coming from our speakers.

I recently bought a 2019 dodge rebel with 40,000km. When I picked it up they were washing it. I said it’s alright because the roads were horribly wet and salted. When I got home I washed it. It was completely covered with tree sap. I phoned them and notified them and they claimed it was my fault for not letting them wash it. I took it for a hood decal and they cleaned the spot which cost 200. They won’t reimburse me or even pay apart. I live 3.5 hours away and they said bring it by and they will clean it which then I’d have to stay in a hotel and take two days off work. I would not recommend this dealership. Was good to buy from them don’t care once you walk out the door!! Just because the owner follows through with a comment and says he will address the concerns does not make it true after todays phone call

My car was a total loss in a collision, and I was having much difficulty finding a replacement in Saskatoon. Riverside Dodge saved the day finding the perfect car for me. Kevin Fiddler is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Thank you Riverside Dodge!

Bought a used vehicle from them on monday, somehow my rear windshield shattered and i called them to see what i could do, they instantly shoved me off to sgi. Called riverside back too see if they had a replacement window, receptionist said they were busy at the moment, thats fine just give me a call back asap. Which they never did. Not even the salesman guy texted me back. Anyway, just another sale to them, they don’t care about ya.
