One thing I liked is when you walk in someone was there to greet you with a smile. Your questions were answered fast and fully. The team on staff is very professional. Had our truck test driven and out the door in no time flat.

Try to get work done wait 3 months for parts to have them fix issues to only have it happen 3 weeks later and then wanted me to pay for it.. and now I’m asked to find a new dealership to get work done. That’s from the head guy Devin or Devon and here’s a picture of the oil change they gave me. I have to use a breaker bar to get drain plug off,asked what it was and they had no answers. Have to say the sale team is outstanding but service department 0 out of 10

We enjoyed our experience with Riverside Dodge. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, made us feel at home. Duane came out to greet us on a miserably cold and windy day to find out how he could help us. He was very personable answered all our questions honestly, never made us feel pressured. We are very happy with Riverside Dodge and our new to us vehicle
