Leaving review for my mom who had an unbelievably terrible customer experience. She got her 2021 Dodge Caravan in the Summer of 2021 from Riverside Dodge in Prince Albert, Sk. The van completely broke down on her last month March 2023 (less than 2 years of ownership). She took it to a separate shop who told her the problem right away. She then took it to Riverside Dodge where they made her wait a few days before taking the time to look at it. Eventually told her that her motor has gone (she’s had this vehicle for less than 2 years!). You’d think that the place where she got the vehicle, where they specialize in Dodges would be more accommodating, but nope! 👎 They didn’t offer to fix it, they didn’t offer to trade it in. She was left without a vehicle. Her warranty was capped at 100,000 km or 5 years. Is it because they know their vehicles break down after 100k? Who knows! She asked to trade it in, they were happy to help her out, but as soon as they found out she has no personal savings??? They started treating her indifferent! -They told her she needed $20,000 down in order to trade in her vehicle. -Again, the vehicle is less than 2 years old. -They sold it to her. -The motor is completely gone. -They would not fix her vehicle. -They were discriminatory. Ultimately, she grew tired of the disrespect and discriminatory attitudes she was dealing with at Riverside Dodge in Prince Albert, Sk and she finally took her vehicle somewhere more accommodating, with better service! Do not get a vehicle from these guys/gals.

Sales department was a breeze. Very good folks to deal with. Lonnie and Taylor kept it simple and made sure I was well taken care of to ensure there will be a return visit with the next vehicle. I just hope part/service departments can keep the 5 star service going from here on.

After all the money I spent I still felt like I wasn't treated respectfully and fairly. I will never purchase another vehicle from here or even advise anyone too, unless your a white/male then you should be treated good
