"I Would Stay Away from them" My experience with Bank Street Mitsubishi was extremely disappointing. I sought their inspection services, for which I paid a higher fee compared to other providers, only to end up thoroughly dissatisfied. What particularly irked me was their lack of transparency. Upon requesting an inspection sheet detailing the points they had examined and any issues discovered, Of course they had not!😬 It was disheartening that they couldn't provide a basic inspection sheet, and worse, they seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. Instead of taking responsibility for their oversight, I was asked to bring the car in to ensure the inspection is done correctly and they said that they will put their best technician on it for a reinspection, Wasted another 2 hours of my time and they did nothing and seemed that they totally had forgotten their promis made on the phone asking me to drive there! This experience has left me with a strong aversion to ever dealing with this dealership again. If anyone seeks my opinion, I will not hesitate to express my dissatisfaction. The absence of a simple inspection sheet, coupled with their unwillingness to acknowledge their shortcomings, paints a picture of a dealership lacking in accountability. And seems they have not a good memory and say things that is far from reality. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Bank Street Mitsubishi based on my experience.

Thank you Sam with the purchase of our new 2023 Mitsubishi RVR. I give Sam a 5 star rating such a pleasant person and knowledgeable Sam went over and beyond to assist us in purchasing our new vehicle he came thru with exactly what we were looking for in a new vehicle. On the delivery date he went through the vehicle and explained all the details of the vehicle. I highly recommend Sam if you are interested in purchasing a new car. We recently purchased our Outlander Phev from Grayson at Bank street Mitsubishi. The purchase process along with the trade in of our old car was easy, smooth, and not filled with the high sales pressure tactics we ran into at other dealerships. Nothing but praise for Sam, Eli, and the team at Bank St. Mitsubishi. They all made purchasing a new vehicle an enjoyable experience. Sam’s passion for the product really showed, as did his exemplary customer service and positive attitude. I can see why he is an award winning sales person. I highly recommend both the Mitsubishi and the Dilawri experience!

On the plus side, the coffee machine and Uber service are very nice perks. Now for my experience with the service dept. I brought my 2014 RVR here for service because it had a couple recalls to be completed before it could be safetied. The parts were back-ordered. After saying ā€œno problem, we’ll call you when your parts come in. No need to check in with me.ā€ Quentin failed to notify me when my parts had arrived, leaving my car to sit in my driveway for over two months. When I finally called them and found out the parts had arrived a while ago, I tried to drive to the appt but my car wouldn’t start - my alternator and battery had died while the car sat for 2 months waiting for parts! I had to get it towed to a garage and fixed, costing me $1000. The lack of a simple follow-up cost me a grand - I’d have called but the guy assured me that I didn’t need to. The first time I left the garage, the car made an awful clunking noise going over every bump. How didn’t they catch that during their supposed test drive? And both times I left the garage, the engine light came on a couple minutes later. They also took over a week to get the work done (it was less than a day of work), even though I’d made an appointment and they knew exactly what work was needed. I understand that things come up and people can’t make it to work, but that is not acceptable. I complained to them about these issues. The standard apologies were made but that was it. I’d never have taken my car here if it wasn’t for a recall, and this experience has solidified that for me.
