Excellent service. Sam explained everything very well, even in the rain. The man knows his stuff. If you want a Mitsubishi, look him up. The outlander is awesome, a very well designed SUV. I am looking forward to many years of reliable use and service from the service dept. at Bank Street.

We bought a 2023 RVR there in May, overall good experience with Quentin (sales) and Elie (finance) . Two things that bothered me tough : We bought it at the end of the month and they were a bit pushy on the sales date and we discovered later (actually the following week that % rate on leasing went down versus what we paid) - I guess they didn't know about those new rates coming in. Secondly, sales manager... Aggressive, unfriendly, barely interested in selling us a car (maybe he judged us unworthy of driving a Mitsubishi?), lowballed on our trade-in - If it would have been him we had to deal with for the sale and not Quentin we would have walked away and went to another dealership.

I bought a new Outlander last week I got a great service from Grayson and dealership manager Mike. Really happy with the service, price and overall quality of my experience. Also, got the best price for the vehicle out of three different Mitsubishi dealerships I contacted. Dealership didn’t try to upsell unnecessary features and accessories. Would recommend to friends and family. 5 star experience!

I bought a 1 year old used car from salesman Grayson McDonald and had a very good experience. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, straightforward, honest and easy to deal with. And I feel satisfied that I got a good, fair deal.

Recently purchased a brand vehicle from Bank St Mitsubishi and had a spectacular experience with the salesman Eric with all his knowledge of the vehicle I was looking at! Moving onto the purchase I had the pleasure of getting to deal with one of the finance guys named Eli, he listened to my worries , was exceptionally polite and understood every little road block that I could possibly of mentioned. He took me through the purchase process thoroughly and was able to convince me that every decision I was making in regards to the 2nd most important purchase of my life was worth it. I personally would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for honest people while trying to get yourself a good car :)
