We bought our 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV from Bank Street Mitsubishi in June 2023, trading in our 2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. We worked closely with Sam Amouna and Eli Farah in finalizing the deal and I must say it was a great experience for us. In November, Sam was enthusiastic in introducing the vehicle and patient in explaining the process and timing expectations in obtaining the vehicle given the high demand and shortages. He stayed in touch and once the vehicle was ready it was well worth the wait! Sam is extremely knowledgeable about cars and this PHEV. I almost wish I filmed his briefing on the features to us (a tip for next time!) so that I could refer to it later! Sam is a true asset to the dealership and is an engaging sales advisor to potential buyers who appreciate the care, attention and service in making a major purchase of such a complex technological marvel that is the Outlander PHEV. Eli Farah is an excellent finance advisor and worked to get the best deal for our trade-in and the warranty coverage. He is also extremely knowledgeable about the terms of the contract documents (impressive for us as lawyers) and focused on our needs and answered all our questions. Eli is responsive and has excellent attention to detail and worked to finalize the materials so they were accurate and correct - again valuable qualities that impressed us as lawyers. Eli is a true asset to the dealership and an engaging advisor to buyers trying to understand the many fine details of the transaction. Simply put, it is very gratifying to work with real professionals like Sam and Eli in making a major purchase. Getting the new electric vehicle was worth the wait and I thank Mike Pearson and the sales team at Bank St Mitsubishi and Sam and Eli for making it a very positive experience on both the facts about the car and the financing. Potential buyers, ask for these two when coming in!

Got a new Outlander PHEV GT from Bank Street Mitsubishi and the car was delivered to me the same week of booking it. Kudos to Dilawri for making this happen - a PHEV made available the same week in this market! Chu greeted us warmly and he was the reason we walked into the dealership when we had no plan to, funny we were just visiting Kia next to them and finalized a Mitsubishi because of the great customer service. Sam, the sales executive is one of the best if not the best sales rep I have interacted with. He is very knowledgeable, professional and walked us through all the details patiently and thoroughly both on the visit and the delivery. Eli, the finance manager went above and beyond to secure the best deal for us and made the short delivery possible. Bonus points to this man’s honesty and integrity. Love the way these three gentlemen conducted business. They are a major reason for the purchase of this vehicle. Check out Bank Street Mitsubishi for your next vehicle purchase.
