We went their to buy a black GT Outlander. They confirmed over the phone that they have it in stock. We filled out a $1000 coupon on their website. We went there and started negotiating. They told us that $1000 coupon is not valid on outlanders, we were entitled to a $500 forces discount, but he said that the forces discount is not valid on outlanders. The sales guy went back and forth, and almost at the end, he told us that they don't have black GT Outlander. He offered a blue one that they had in stock, and we agreed to a price. Later on, he refused to honour the price we agreed upon and started becoming rude. We walked out purely because of disrespectful behaviour of the sales agent. He called back and said he would honour the price he agreed to, but we decided not to give any business to people who don't have respect for clients and who don't honour their promises. Very bad experience. 0 out of 10 for customer service.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Michael. Even though I didn't purchase from him, he was extremely responsive, courteous, professional and kind. They just didn't have the model we wanted. Highly recommend going to see Michael!

We went to this dealership to buy a car 2 weeks ago. We received a very warm welcome from Grayson McDonald when we arrived. Throughout the buying experience, he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and sensitive to our needs. We never felt rushed or pressured, even in spite of our lack of ( car) knowledge . We would highly recommend Grayson when purchasing a vehicle. Thank you also to Eli that was professional and kind to us while preparing our papers, plates and ownership.

Mitsubishi team at Bank street is very helpful. Sam, the salesman, was very patient, went through everything with us before handing us the car and made sure that all our needs were met. Ely and Mike are as well customer oriented. They will go out of their way to find efficient solutions and to serve you in the best possible way.
