After having dealt with several other Ottawa area Dealerships over the years, I can honestly say that I've had the best new car buying experience ever at Bank St. Mitsubishi. A modest showroom, without the flash or hype that seems to be present in most Dealerships.. No nonsense or B.S., just straight answers to my questions and a straight deal... Mike (Sales Mgr.), Grayson (Salesman) and Eli (Finance) took all the time that I needed to answer questions or concerns, and provided as much information as possible, without making me feel as though I was being pressured. When it's trade-in time, I'll be back to see them again, and in the meantime, I'll be taking the car there for service as needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car, new or used.

The whole crew at Bank St Mitsubishi were superstars. So patient with me, and my little one who came along at one point… Grayson was awesome, friendly, funny and easygoing which put me at ease. Eli was incredible when it came to the financing piece - didn’t feel pressured at all and did a ton of extra work for me! Mike (the taller one, haha) and Sam made for some good laughs and a great atmosphere while making a big life choice (for me anyways, haha). Would highly recommend for the entire experience! Will be back for sure! Thanks all!!!

Picking up my new Outlander here at Bank St Mitsubishi and have had the pleasure of dealing with Eli and Grayson throughout my buying experience here.
