Just want to send a big thanks to all the folks in the service department. Due to uncontrollable circumstances, my Honda fit had to go back and forth to the shop 3 days this week. During those 3 days I received nothing but excellent service from all; from Frank the Service Manager to the two lovely Kelly's at the service desk who kept me up to date on a regular basis, to the shuttle drivers who brought me back and forth to work with smiles and friendly conversation. Very pleased to have my little Fit back in tiptop shape. Very grateful for the wonderful customer service!!

Had great experience with sales who got the car I wanted ...at the time adding the honda_plis warranty sounded like a great Idiea only but I've used twice so far andnu unless it's just a tow you want you'll be fine. My car was at Honda Al day and was towed i n so clearly is not running and says theybon my give a rental if they have my car not a then 5 hours and found problem just before they closed and turned around and said ya don't need a loaner i Tell be ready the even8ng so I don't need one... even if I didn't I paid to be entitled to one and pretty mu ch refused me and said had ko loaners and all rental places have nothing and t hat was a lie as I was abnle to get a rental first place I callmio ip ii

I love my 2016 Civic, but it sure would be a lot better if the Air Conditioning worked. Saying that it’s an issue with the model and the condenser part is on back order is just not good enough... especially in the summer. At what point did they know it was an issue and continue to sell their cars with defects. Even the service guy I spoke with has a newer model civic and his AC is broke too!

You know what.. it takes a lot for a absolutely perfect review from me so here's my story. First of all, last June I had traded in a 2012 Civic and upgraded to a 2014 Accord, not only was it speedy service, but it was service with a smile. Bob, I'm sorry I forgot your last name, but you sir are the man. Some of the best customer service I've experienced, as well as Tony (finance dept) you too sir, got me exactly in my budget, so to you as well, hats off. Fast forward a year, car is doing wonderfully however I had noticed after only a year of owning the vehicle, some paint bubbling on the hood, tried my insurance and they rejected and blamed the manufacturer, so I got in contact with Bob again (he gave me his cell number to text him and all back when I originally purchased this vehicle) so within 24 hours Bob is arranging for me to come in and have these spots on the hood cleaned up and repainted at no cost to me. You guys, you are the best. Honda will forever be my go to.

we were referred to dwayne by another staff member that we have dealt with over the years due to his position changing...it was an overall excellent experience. Dwayne was great to deal with...very efficient, and easy to get along with.
