Best possible service from Maggie and David from Tony Graham Lexus, had small bubbles from the tinted windows and immediately David booked me in and Maggie provided me a loaner and explain the process and time to have it repaired. Everything was explained and scheduled as planned :)

Always great service. I changed my mind when I got there and decided to go to the office. They scrounged up a loaner for me. Usually you need to book these well in advance.

OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council) is the place to go to deal with this dishonest and deceitful dealership. We had an encounter with Salesman Marc Comeau. We negotiated all the terms of the deal over the phone for a 2015 Lexus RX350 F-Sport at around 1:00 pm on October 4th, after we reached an agreement, we scheduled an appointment to see the car at 4:30 pm on the same day. We then called the salesman to reschedule it a bit earlier at 3:00 pm. My father, who is a senior citizen, arrived on time at 3:00 pm and was surprised to find out that someone else was test driving the car. They made him wait until the other buyer is finished, and made him test drive the car as well. When the time came to initiate the purchase process, my father was told that the car has been sold. The salesman misinformed us about a potential buyer who is ahead of us. The salesman did not even ask us to put a deposit on the car, which we were willing to do to avoid this degrading situation. I have contacted OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council) and I have placed a formal complaint against this professional misconduct. Senior citizens deserve to be treated with dignity and respect and truthfulness, but apparently Tony Graham Lexus thinks otherwise.

Hello Kars, Please allow me to assure you that at Tony Graham Lexus, we do not intend to do business in bad faith. I sincerely apologize that the team did not meet your expectations. While all terms of the deal were negotiated over the phone, it was clear that the purchase of the vehicle was conditional on a test drive. As per our policy, we do not take deposits to hold pre-owned vehicles for a test drive - that would not be right. I would like to discuss this further with you and hope we can get you the pre-owned Lexus you are looking for. Please feel free to get in touch with me at your convenience. Sincerely, David Tran Lexus Sales Manager Tony Graham Lexus 613.225.1212 X632 dtran@tonygraham.com
