I came to this Kia to have a seized engine replaced and the manger Abigail was awful, rude and not professional in any way. When I asked for the engine to be replaced she said she does not want to do all that and it’s not her issue. Therefore I still have a seized engine and my problem was no where near solved.

Jad was great and answered all my questions. He took the time to make sure I was fully satisfied with my new (used) car. On several occasions he went to bat for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Iman was equally amazing in getting me a great rate on my financing and helping me out last minute to get everything I needed. Thanks to the whole team!!

We purchased a new Kia from Sam Ahmed and he was very helpful and patient. He helped us negotiate a good payment and was easy going. I would recommend him as a friendly and courteous sales rep. He was kind enough to buy us coffee on the day we picked up our car which was a very nice gesture to cap off our experience together. Very happy with the service we received here. Cheers to a joyous 2025 in our new family car!
