The buying part of this transaction was 5 stars Estevan was great. However within one day check engine light illuminated. Brought in for service. Code P0740 was found. Changed transmission filter and fluid 30 Dec 2024. Check engine light came back 31 Dec 2024. Returned to service 2 Jan 2025. Told van probably needed new transmission. Tony Chalhoub called (3 Jan) to say policy is I would be on the hook for 50% cost. I have submitted a complaint to OMVIC as Kia on Hunt club sold a vehicle that was defective in my opinion.

Sam at Kia on Hunt Club was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly helpful and super informative throughout the entire process. We were looking at the Sportage, and he made sure all of our questions were answered and gave us great insights. I’ll definitely be coming back again and sending more people his way. Highly recommend Sam if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience!

Hands down the best car purchasing experience we have had at any Ottawa dealership. The professionalism was exceptional and the client experience was comfortable and without pressure. The entire process was extremely smooth and straightforward. Big thank you to Faddel - he was amazing throughout the whole experience. And many thanks to Estevan who made the wrap-up at the end very pleasant.

Great experience dealing with Estevan(Salesperson). He is a young sales man who was very friendly, informative and not pushy like most places. We went to other places but Estevan related to to my son with purchasing his first car. All though I did not purchase a car my son did for the first time with Estevan and he worked with my son to meet his needs and budget. I would definitely be back do to business with him as well. We also dealt with Naz in Finance who didn't waist our time going through and trying to sell us all kinds of stuff. He looked at my sons credit then went from there on getting him approved and keeping within his budget. As he said why waist our time going though all kinds of extras if you don't even know if you can get approved. Naz is very knowledgeable, tried his best to keep within my sons budget and didn't was your time.
