Kia On Hunt Club

A place of utter incompetent thieves. I went there to simply get two fobs opened up correctly, to replace the batteries. The staffer who did that put the batteries in wrong, and in trying to get them to work, made my car unstartable. It was fine until they got their mitts on it. They then charged me $860 to fix what THEY broke, and now after I finally got it back, they also buggered up the power steering system, so the car remains unusable. They showed no remorse nor any return of the charges. Crooks and wreckers. Avoid this hive of scum and villainy. PS. Their service manager had previously 'reached out' to me to offer a mere waiving of a diagnostic fee of $175, with zilch back on their utter crap work, while the tow driver who last towed my car (Did I mention that due to Hunt Club Kia's 'work', I had to have it towed twice ?) spotted the leak point in ten seconds ? I have no faith that they will do any better this time. But, I did reply. Oh and apologies without corrective action are just words, devoid of any sincerity. Oh, and I filed a complaint two weeks ago with the BBB, to which Hunt Club Kia has also not bothered to respond to, Doesn't that just say it all ? PS. While they posted their reply to my review briskly, after three business days, NO reply to my e-mail, sent at THEIR request. Their only morals are BAD ones.

Excellent service from the whole team. Naz is very nice and listens to your needs. Great solving last minute issues and bringing négociations through the finish line. Go to Kia on Hunt Club and ask for Naz!

Bought a Kia forte LX from this dealership a year ago due to an urgency but they promised me a Kia forte EX as soon as I complete one year as they did not have it in stock at that time so I signed the contract for the new car saying will come back after a year, they even gave me a quote as to how much I will have to pay on the new car. And when the time arrived, they told me there is no production anymore and they were trying to push another car which is not fair. Okay fine I made peace with this fact and move on, and yesterday my car started making some noise and it seems it was an struct mount bearing issue which was an internal issue with the car. And the kilometres I drove is 12k, seriously? Like seriously and had to pay from my pocket to do the wheel alignment because they changed the struct which was under warranty. Wow what an amazing experience. I would never ever in my life go for a Kia. I had to put this out if it helps anyone who’s going for a Kia forte. Thank you.
