Been working with this location for 4 years no issues, I got the spark plugs changed recently and got the car fully checked out, I went in for my engine vibrating after, the service guy named Fawaz pulls me aside and tells me I need spark plugs and coil and that he’d do it in the shop but would take cash, so I went into my invoice and found out that it was done already I went into to tell them that I changed few weeks ago, he was trying to lie to the front desk person saying no he does need it, he was counting on me no knowing the language, seems like he was planning to steal the parts and rob me for 150$. I caught on because of kids, how many people did he already ?

We absolutely loved our experience at this dealership! From the moment we walked in, we were treated with such care and professionalism. Before going to this dealership, we researched the Kia vehicle we wanted on the iihs and NHTSA websites. It is a top safety pick on both sites, and there were no complaints registered against it on the NHTSA web site. Estevan, our sales representative, patiently explained how to best use the safety and other features of the vehicle during our test drive, expertly answered all our questions, and made the sales experience the best we have had at any car dealership.

I just purchased a pre owned vehicle from them and it was the best experience ever. Baber, was so nice to us, very kind and helpful, patient, courteous and professional. No pressure and every question answered. We tried many cars in different locations and were very impressed by the overall experience there, plus the quality of the car and the price.
