Before going to this dealership, we researched the Kia vehicle we wanted on the iihs and NHTSA websites. It is a top safety pick on both sites, and there were no complaints registered against it on the NHTSA web site. Estevan, our sales representative, patiently explained how to best use the safety and other features of the vehicle during our test drive, expertly answered all our questions, and made the sales experience the best we have had at any car dealership.

I just purchased a pre owned vehicle from them and it was the best experience ever. Baber, was so nice to us, very kind and helpful, patient, courteous and professional. No pressure and every question answered. We tried many cars in different locations and were very impressed by the overall experience there, plus the quality of the car and the price. Dawid was very helpful and thorough explaining all the details to help us decide on the type of coverage we could consider. We enjoyed our experience with everyone one we interacted while shopping there. We totally recommend this Dealer.

Terrible service! They always push customers away for warranty work and lie to the customers about the issues. Absolutely terrible service do not get your car fixed here. They say to email them to help but they don’t even return your emails. This is my last Kia.

Out if personal experience, One star is more than what they deserve👎🏻 This place submitted financing application for us without our permission to 7 different banks and damaged our credit score. We authorized them once while in their premises and left after accepting the bank’s decline. 20 days later we found that they kept submitting Without informing us. When I called, no apology or acknowledgment were offered. No respect was shown!

I had a pleasant experience at Kia on hunt club yesterday, I was attended by Esteban and he was courteos and Profesional, took his time to explain and show me all the comparisons in regards to the vehicle I was interested in. I felt this dealership is appreciative of It's clientele and I also met the sales manager as well very friendly. I can honestly say I would recommend kia on hunt club to everyone I know.
