We had a fantastic experience with Hussein from Bank Street Kia. We live in Montreal and were offered a great trade-in price for our car, enough to make the trip to Ottawa worth it. Hussein made the exchange an absolute breeze. Easy to talk to, quick to respond, clear and reassuring throughout the whole process. 10 out 10 would recommend. Thanks again!

I'm from Quebec, and I sold my car to this dealer in Ontario. I had my doubts in the beginning regarding the process because of the distance but honestly I had no trouble at all. It was quick, easy with no hassles. I had a great experience, thanks to the representative Hussein. I recommended highly.

It was a great experience with our salesperson Michael Kingsley, who attented to all our needs during the test drive and made the buying process smooth and efficient. The post sale delivery process was quick and efficient despite a small snag for the delivery date.

This would be the first dealership, I have been to, where the people were not pushy. They gave us good time to think about what we were getting into. I do recommend Kingsley. He has been an amazing salesperson. Also, Ralph was very friendly and easy going too. Loved the experience! And gonna love my new Telluride, for sure!!
