This was my first time visiting Brantford Honda. This being only my second oil change on my 'new to me' Civic, I wanted to make sure even the smallest job was done by certified Honda techs. I had a great experience. I was greeted right away by the service advisor, and all my information was taken, what I can expect, which service codes mean what, had a price up front. In the time it took me to finish my complimentary coffee, my service was finished. Great service. Friendly staff. A+.

The service I receive at Honda is excellent

My service consisted of an oil change and replacement windshield wipers. My car was brought in the service centre and Ben updated me as to what they would be doing. I was given a curtesy ride back to my work and picked up at the end of the day and taken back to Honda. I especially love having my car washed while it was there.

I recently bought a car from Brantford Honda. I dealt with Andrea. Everything went very smoothly and executed perfectly on time as agreed upon. She was very pleasant, and no pressure whatsoever.

Trevor was knowledgeable with what service I needed and explained the process well. He was caring when booking a timeline and a car so I could get my things done . Trevor is an awesome service manager, to be trusted and I have given referrals to him .
