I took my car in for a B1 service. I was taken promptly and courteously. When it was discovered that my brakes needed additional work, Ben called me. I agreed to the additional brake work and my car was ready when it was promised.

I attend university and needed a reliable and affordable vehicle for the commute! Mike Anderson helped me to find the car of my dreams! I had been looking for cars at many different dealerships both new and used, but I just wasn't satisfied with the level of customer service until I went to Brantford Honda.The entire atmosphere was different and I felt confident in trusting the staff at Brantford Honda with my first major purchase. Mike made the whole experience much less stressful and I was even able to share laughs and feel confident in my final decision.

Routine maintenance was completed. They were fast and efficient. Real focus on the customer and getting them in and out as fast as they can. They also changed a headlight for n/c :)

Walking into Brantford Honda I didn't think I would find the vehicle right for me. With Brandon's help I was successfully able to buy the car that makes me happy. My Honda Civic is everything from the colour to the price that I wanted!

Received a regular maintenance. Back brakes needed to be replaced which I found to be astounding, as I am on my 5th new Honda Civic and have NEVER needed to have brakes replaced, under warranty or otherwise. I find the service at Brantford Honda excellent but the Civic manufacturing is getting sloppy and needs to improve, I have seriously considered changing makes of vehicles but can't find anything comparable to the features or re-sale value as the Civic.
