Terrible dealership. I bought a Pacifica here and I feel I was sandbagged. Then, I had to return three times to have the vehicle’s PDI performed and the after market DVD player installed they said they would install for me. I had so many problems with the vehicle I had to bring it into service continually and eventually was told the whining and clicking sound in the front end was normal. When I told them just to sell me another vehicle they offered me a used Dodge Ram for more money and then reneged on the deal telling me I would have to pay more then originally quoted. I ended up at another Dodge dealership who offered me 5k more the Pacifica and sold me a new Dodge Ram for less then what South Trail wanted for a used Dodge Ram with less features. Use this dealership for convience of test drives only. Then purchase the same vehicle at a different dealership.
