Super salesmen in super dealership.

Very helpful salesman, able to explain technical aspects. While on next visit for an oil change, we had opportunity to meet other crew members, which were exceptionally nice and helpful. Pleasure to deal with these staff at Ontario Motors Sales.

Purchase of "new" used car

Garry was patient with me as I struggled to make a decision on which vehicle to purchase. He was always on time for appointments with me, even meeting me on is day off. Garry gave me a great "run through" of the features of my car when I picked it up, so that I felt very comfortable right out of the parking lot.

I bought my car the most interesting way. I had an Equinox for 5 years and knew I wanted a newer one but had been too busy to go car shopping. There was a great sale I didn't want to miss so I called and I was approved over the phone from work at lunch and by 5pm was signing papers for a brand new 2015 Chevrolet Equinox!!! Mike and Kristi were the most amazing staff members, they were friendly,flexible to accomodate my busy work schedule and best of all set me up with the Equinox I wanted. I was and still am really impressed with the high quality Sales team at Ontario Motor Sales!!!!

Replace front Driver's Side window Run Channel Weather Strip

There was a tear in the weather strip seal around my driver's side window that the window would catch on, took it in to the Service Department at OMS. My keys ended up temporarily missing and were found in an employees pocket after approx. 20 minutes. OMS gave me a Tim Horton's giftcard to apologize for the delay. They had to order the part for me, so I came back my next day. No issues. Was in and out within an hour or so.

John is my go-to guy. He explained it was busy but got me in quickly. The mechanic fixed the problem and I was out in no time with a freshly washed vehicle. Great service.

The sales person Eric Curston was very knowledgeable and helpful BEFORE and AFTER I purchased my new car. Joanne in the service office is very helpful and her follow up excellent. When my air conditioner was not running properly (even after the warranty was over) Joe in the service dept. continued to provide excellent customer service and followed thru with everything he said. My experience with Ontario Motor sales has been exceptional, from every prospective. I will highly recommend to everyone I know. Thank you so much. After having a Horrible experience with Quantrill Chev in Port Hope, Ontario Motor Sales has renewed my faith in car dealerships. thanks again Janet Curtin
