Drive shaft needed to be replaced, they gave me the two options of after market and Honda parts, respected my decision and did what I asked to be done. Didn't push any unnecessary work on me. Price of labour ... well no one wants to pay that but it's in line with other companies in town.

I was greeted with a smile, no pressure, friendly respect. All questions were answered & everything possible to make buying a vehicle a pleasure was presented professionally & quickly. I was treated as if I bought a car from a friend rather than a dealership sales person. Buying a vehicle is stressful enough. A client doesn't need sales pressure. Just honesty & assistance.

John was patient and knowledgeable when it came to answering all of my questions. He was very personable and although I know he gets paid on commission, he never came across as pushy. He kept my needs in mind for the duration of my car-shopping experience (from the first day months earlier when I was looking at Civics to the last day when I ended up purchasing a CR-V).
